Daniela Galasso (Dani), is a California-based singer-songwriter and indie artist making waves with her own brand of indie pop–an ethereal fusion of dream pop and folktronica–full of imaginative, reflective storytelling, atmospheric textures, and a polished aesthetic.
Dani’s vocals immediately draw you in with their vulnerability, delicate airiness, and hypnotizing ethereal quality. Leading with a combination of head & heart, Dani writes about life’s deepest feelings and infuses lyrical and ideological depth in her music, seamlessly intertwining reality and imagination with her signature sound.
Dani is an accomplished songwriter whose accolades include 2nd Place in Indie International’s 2022 Songwriting Contest (Pop Category) for her song, “Yesterday’s Story,” Semi-Finalist titles in ISC’s competition for her songs, “Sway,” and “Wait,” and several honorable mentions for her songs “Embers” and “Comfortable.”
In 2024 Dani celebrated the release of her debut EP, Comfortable. She continues to write, sing, and produce music out of her home studio in the Bay Area.
