SoundGirls and Women in Vinyl are proud to provide 10 Audio Accessibility Alliance Scholarships to attend our Virtual Conference, December 12–13, 2026.

The audio industry has a long way to go when it comes to accessibility and inclusion. Disabled audio professionals continue to face barriers to education, training, employment, networking, and career advancement. These barriers are not a reflection of someone’s talent or ability, but of an industry that has not always been designed to include everyone.

We believe that meaningful change requires more than conversations about accessibility. It requires creating opportunities, removing barriers, listening to disabled professionals, and ensuring they have a voice in shaping the future of our industry.

These 10 scholarships are one small step toward that commitment.

Scholarship recipients will receive full access to two days of conference programming, featuring more than 150 sessions across live sound, recording, mastering, post-production, broadcast, theatre, career development, accessibility, and more. They’ll also have opportunities for mentoring, networking, a digital gift bag, conference raffles, and access to recorded sessions after the event.

Accessibility benefits everyone, and a stronger audio industry is one that includes all of us.

We are grateful to the Audio Accessibility Alliance for the important work they do to advocate for greater accessibility, representation, and opportunity throughout the audio industry.
